About ExEF
Executive function coaching grounded in neuroscience, built for adults, professionals, and students. We believe EF challenges deserve practical support.
Our Approach
ExEF combines the executive function frameworks of Barkley, Brown, Dawson & Guare, and Ward for a grounded and effective coaching model. All resources and services reference named research frameworks with practicality at the core.
Framework-First
Coaching grounded in named models, systems, and support frameworks.
All Ages
From adults recently diagnosed with ADHD to professionals and students — we meet people where they are.
Open Curriculum
Our educational materials are publicly available. Paid work begins when 1:1 coaching, direct feedback, or hands-on planning support enters the picture.
ExEF + Referral Network
ExEF is a solo coaching practice. The educator and OT below are independent contractors and recommended referrals, not ExEF employees — you engage them directly under their own credentials.
Jacob Rozansky
Founder • Completing ADDCA ADHD coach training (ICF & PAAC accredited program)
I started ExEF because I saw a gap between what the research says about executive function and the support most people actually get. Too often, EF challenges get reduced to "try harder" or "just use a planner." The brain works differently than that.
Coaching grounded in the right frameworks meets people in context — at the point of performance, in real life. My ADDCA training is part of that standard: ADHD-specific coaching skills, clear scope boundaries, and practical support that fits the nervous system people actually have.
