The discovery call is 30 minutes. It should tell you whether ExEF services are a good fit, which lane makes sense, and what the next step would look like.
Use instant booking to pick a discovery-call time directly on the ExEF calendar. Booking asks three short questions first: who the coaching is for, what grade if it’s a student, and whether you want EF coaching, subject tutoring, or both.
If your answer is tutoring or both, you’ll get a referral note by email instead of a slot — that’s a better use of your time than finding out live.

Sessions are weekly, one hour, and remote by default — available anywhere. In-person is North County San Diego only (Carlsbad, Encinitas, Del Mar, and nearby).

Beta Sprint spots are currently open for the first 5 clients. The discovery call confirms scope, goals, and whether coaching is the right next step. Rates are discussed on that call; existing clients keep their current rate.
ExEF can communicate with teachers and learning specialists as needed, with permission. IEP meeting attendance is scoped as a separate service.
This is common. ADHD-ers rarely put up with being told what to do. That's why we never do that. Part of ExEF's design builds buy-in with reluctant students. Many warm up quickly once they realize we're on their side.
